Hampden Estate - Pure Single Jamaican Rum “Pagos” 100% Ex-Sherry Cask

A rum entirely aged in a tropical climate, in 500-litre ex-Sherry Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks of the highest quality, sourced from some of Andalusia’s most famous bodegas. In 2017, the Lustau bodegas delivered Hampden 500-litre European oak Sherry butts that had held Oloroso Pata de Gallina and Pedro Jiménez of the highest quality for three years. Hampden thus used these perfectly matured Sherry butts to age its pure single rum in a tropical climate. The result is a perfect marriage between an intense and unique rum and the finest Sherries.

Pagos takes its name from the definition of plots and terroir in the Sherry tradition.
Congener content: 1603.5 g/hlpa, of which 394 g/hlpa are esters.
