Habitation Velier - Foursquare LFT White

A Barbados Pure Single Rum produced from a blend of rums, each of which was distilled in a Double Retort Pot Still but fermented using both molasses and freshly squeezed sugarcane juice. The molasses fermentation began with the addition of a single yeast strain and took approximately 72 hours, while the fresh sugarcane juice was fermented entirely using natural yeasts over several weeks – LFT stands for Long Fermentation Type. A true world first.
