Champagne Guillaume Sergent - Pataphysique Millésime Extra Brut 2020

The Champagne Guillaume Sergent – Pataphysique Millésime Extra Brut 2019 presents itself as a 100% Meunier Blanc de Noirs, a wine of surprising character and purity. In the glass, it reveals an elegant bouquet dominated by delicate red fruits and notes of small forest fruits, accompanied by citrus hints and a fine minerality; on the palate, it is vibrant, with a distinctive salinity, a taut structure, and a persistent finish that authentically reflects the terroir of Vrigny.
