Domaine Joubert is a small family-run estate in Beaujolais led by Carine Joubert, a winemaker attentive to vineyard work and low-intervention vinification. The grapes come from old vines grown on the granite soils typical of the area and are vinified using spontaneous fermentation, with carbonic maceration used to enhance fruitiness and bring out the most authentic character of the Gamay.
This tasting box is designed to explore Beaujolais through four interpretations of the same grape, ranging from the most approachable wine to the region's deepest crus.
Inside you will find:
-
Beaujolais “Cuvée à l’Ancienne” 2023 – fresh and easy-drinking, the most convivial side of Gamay.
-
Brouilly Vieilles Vignes 2023 – more structure and ripe fruit, with great balance.
-
Fleurie Vieilles Vignes 2023 – the most elegant and floral cru, refined and aromatic.
-
Morgon “Côte du Py” 2023 – the deepest and most complex Beaujolais, intense and mineral.
A complete journey through Beaujolais, perfect for discovering how much the Gamay can change expression from one cru to another. 🍷
