It is the first Champagne born from the Akileire project and represents an energetic and contemporary interpretation of this still little-known area of Champagne.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the glass, it shows a bright golden color crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile starts with white fruits and fresh citrus fruits to develop towards deeper notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and yellow fruit. On the opening, light nuances of brioche, dried fruit and toast emerge, also linked to the small component vinified in wood.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOn the palate it is fresh, vertical and dynamic, but without giving up the typical character of Pinot Noir and Meunier. The structure is generous, accompanied by a good mineral tension and an extremely low dosage.
